We are bringing the community together to celebrate the leadership and the impact of Black women around the city, while creating a space for critical conversation about the issues that impact our ability to grow, scale and thrive in our respective industries.

Columbus Can't Wait Podcast
Tareya Palmer is the Executive Producer, Host and Co-Founder of Columbus Can’t Wait, a podcast created in 2020 focused on a learning journey for millennials and gen-z’ers about the intersections of political & community engagement.
She also serves as Senior Advisor of Corporate and Strategic Initiatives at Tides, a globally focused nonprofit and philanthropic organization dedicated to advancing social justice by shifting power to marginalized groups who have historically been denied power. In addition to her consulting responsibilities, Tareya is currently overseeing the launch of the organizations first grant making fund dedicated to health equity.

Jennifer Walton is a passionate Executive who assists organizations in building their brands and cultures as the Chief Brand Officer of Sky Nile Consulting, LLC. She is also the co-founder of GRND, a membership-based co-working lounge and social club located in the historic Olde Towne East neighborhood. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, she held marketing roles in prominent organizations including COTA, Nationwide, and Abbott Nutrition.
