Crisis Communication and Rapid Response Support

We take being trusted to support organizations in crisis very seriously. We engage a process of assessing the current and potential risks through the lens of centering the most vulnerable involved. We create strategies for immediate and long-term mitigation, and also provide on-site rapid response support, which includes training spokespeople, message development and engaging with media.
